The project is based on the development of power supply systems using passive low-temperature cooling technology (up to -100°C) for power electronics. This solution makes it possible to stabilize the operation of power switches and converters without the use of active cooling systems, and by significantly reducing electrical resistance, it reduces heat losses in the on-board network by 50% and increases the continuous operation time of energy-intensive radar antennas by 10% without weighing down the device. In the remote sensing data market, this increase is converted into an additional 4,500 square meters. km of shooting per session, bringing in from 1.5 to 6.7 million rubles of additional revenue from each round. The total value of the additional extracted data over the 5 years of service of the device is estimated in the range from 4 to 15 billion rubles.
To form an industry standard for new generation power supply systems for remote sensing radar systems. By 2028, ensure technology licensing and R&D for at least 5 Russian spacecraft manufacturers, becoming the default technology partner in the segment of low-orbit satellites.
