The proposed project is a multifunctional Edutainment ecosystem that integrates an interactive museum exhibit, a technology hub, and a digital educational platform that converts cognitive interest in space technologies into sustainable engineering competencies. Unlike traditional academic museums and entertainment centers, our model combines the high marginality of the entertainment sector with the scalability of EdTech products. The project includes two components: 1) The Digital Educational environment (EdTech component): The Universal IT core of the ecosystem for scientific and technical hackathons and the remote module of gaming space missions. The platform allows you to link school education in the scientific field with the real tasks of the aerospace sector. 2) Physical Space (transformer museum): A multifunctional transformer hub that functions as a hands-on museum with interactive exhibits during the day. In the evening, the building will be reformatted into a technological coworking space, a scientific lecture hall and a venue for professional competitions, contests and hackathons for students. The scientific and technical novelty of the project is to create a seamless end-to-end Edutainment system of the O2O class (Online-to-Offline). The online platform and the teaser game serve as a tool for mass audience coverage, which is then seamlessly converted into regular visitors to the physical museum cluster. The results, achievements, and points earned in virtual science simulations are directly transferred to reality and used as discounts at the museum. In addition, the museum itself will be an immersive "Phygital" center, which currently has no analogues in Minsk. The hybrid format allows the project to simultaneously earn money from marginal offline events in Minsk and scale the IT software franchise to the entire international market.

Our team was trained in the startup marathon, and we found the perfect 120m2 rental space in a huge entertainment center for children. The team will develop the scientific component, and software development will be transferred to professional IT companies.
