SiriusSat‑3U transformer satellite: a constructor that teaches flight

SiriusSat‑3U is a ready—made educational satellite constructor in the CubeSat format for engineering creativity and practice. It immerses students in astronautics, design, circuit engineering, programming, applied physics, and robotics on a real prototype: 1U, 1.5U, 2U, and 3U mockups can be assembled, and several sets can be scaled into even larger form factors. The 1.5U Cubesat is transformed into a planetary rover using the rover's platform, and the "Earth's magnetic field simulator" stand allows you to practice the orientation and stabilization of the device.
In four years, more than 320 designers have been introduced into the programs of engineering schools, quantoriums, centers for gifted children and universities. Eight prototypes based on the kit ascended into the stratosphere up to 25 km in two launches. SiriusSat‑3U is suitable as an educational equipment of the federal project "Cadres for Space".
The target result is the widespread introduction of SiriusSat‑3U into the system of additional engineering education in all schools and technical universities in Russia and export to friendly countries.
