Round table discussion and launch of the National Center for Space Competencies, partners of the Frontiers of Science Guild

On June 15, a round table "Unified personnel system for the rocket and space industry: new approaches to the selection, adaptation and retention of young specialists" was held in Moscow, organized by ANO National Center for Space Competencies (ANO NCCC) as part of the federal program for the formation of a unified personnel reserve of the industry.
Who performed:
- Elena Pavlovna Konstantinova, Director General of the National Center for Space Competencies. She presented the Center's development strategy for 2026-2027, the organization's role as an integrator between education, industry and the state, as well as the first results of the introduction of a Unified Digital Personnel Reserve System for the Rocket and Space Industry.

- Yuri Borisovich Tebin, Director of Development of the company "EL Five". He shared the practical results of cooperation with the National Center for Space Competencies: employment cases for young specialists based on selection methodologies, reduction of personnel search and adaptation costs, and plans for further partnership.

The round table confirmed the industry's high demand for unified standards and digital tools for personnel selection and development. The participants agreed that the integration of efforts by education, business and the state, as well as the scaling of a Unified Digital Personnel Reserve System and the replication of psychological diagnosis and adaptation practices can accelerate the training of young professionals and increase the effectiveness of their employment in the rocket and space industry.
