Investing in space without illusions: experts at Phystech analyzed the real rules of the game in Russian cosmonautics

The event went beyond the standard industry conferences. There is no "gloss" — only direct speech from those who are already investing, building businesses and making decisions in the space industry.
The participants and guests of the discussion discussed three key issues:
- Who is going into the space industry today and why? Russia?
- Is it possible to apply venture capital rules of the game — or is there a special logic here?
- Where is the boundary between ambitious projects and harsh reality?

All the speakers are practitioners who manage
space assets, analyze transactions, and launch technology projects.
Their theses will be heard more than once in the professional community: the key conclusion
of the plenary is that in the Russian space industry it is possible to work according to venture
rules, but adjusted for a long horizon and state interest.
