Ilya Cech will speak at Startup Village 2026 with the theme of private space

Space has long ceased to be only a state territory. Private companies are already launching satellites, selling images, and developing systems to combat debris. What to do about it in Russia?

Together with other founders of private space companies, Ilya will discuss:

— What opportunities are there for private space now?

— What is changing in the laws and in relation to the state?

— What kind of experience do they come into this field with?

But this is not the only reason to visit Startup Village.:

The format of the festival has been turned around this year: corporations are the first to take the stage and publicly order technologies with budgets. Rosatom, Roscosmos, Russian Railways — and the next day, startups show solutions.

The program includes an international track with delegations from China, the United Arab Emirates, India, Vietnam, a competition from the TASCO IT holding, a Pitch of the Year, and a presentation of the Pulsar platform.

There is also a rich informal program — technoplov, a race, stand-up, live music.
